Domestic orders take roughly between 2-14 working days. Different products are stored in different warehouses, hence couriers vary, and different items within an order may arrive at different times. A flat rate postal service fee of $9.95 is charged per order. Staff are on call from 9-5pm weekdays so orders are usually processed within 24 hours. Leading up to, during and following convention weekends and holiday periods, processing may take longer.

International orders will be treated on a case-by-case basis.
